What we collect

When you request a demo we collect the details you enter: your name, company, email, phone number, industry, lead volume and any message. We also record technical details such as your IP address, browser, the page you were on, and a TrustedForm certificate that documents the consent you gave on our form.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, show you how Bibdify would work for your business, and contact you about our services by email, phone call or text message as you agreed on our form. We do not sell your information.

Calls and text messages

If you gave consent on our form, we may contact you by calls and texts, including with automated technology or an artificial or prerecorded voice. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and you can ask us to stop calling you at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as hosting, email, telephone and consent-record providers, and only as needed to provide our services, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business and legal record keeping, including proof of consent.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by submitting a request through our contact form and noting your request in the message.
